I just came across this video that I thought I'd share with you. If this link doesn't work, just copy the following address into your browser and it will take you right there.

The song is sung by a lady named Pam Peterson, and I don't know if she's the same Pam Peterson that I did a play with back in Seattle in 1961 or 1962. I'll have to find out.
I guess that my next book, DRACULA MEETS JACK THE RIPPER And Other Revisionist Histories (That title might change) is going to be published sometime this coming summer. It's a volume of 6 short (and not so short) stories that, I think, you will enjoy.
I've already been booked to do the Austin Comic Con again in November where, of course, I will be selling that book, as well as my others. I'll, in all probability, do another signing in Los Angeles around the same time.
For those of you who live in Austin, there's going to be a feature story about me and my memoir, MY FORTY-FIVE YEARS IN HOLLYWOOD AND HOW I ESCAPED ALIVE, in the Austin American Statesman on Friday (4), so take a look.
You have a creative day.

Jokes for the Weekend

As promised, my review for Woody Allen's YOU WILL MEET A TALL DARK STRANGER is now up on the Best Bets on DVD site, accessible via the link on the Introduction section of this page.
Now, here's a couple of jokes to hold you for the weekend.
A doctor examining a woman who had been rushed to the Emergency Room took the husband aside & said, "I don't like the looks of your wife at all."
"Me neither, Doc," said the husband. "But she's a great cook & really good with the kids."
----------------------------------
The graveside service just barely finished, when there was a massive clap of thunder, followed by a tremendous bolt of lightning, accompanied by even more thunder rumbling in the distance.
The little old man looked at the preacher & calmly said, "Well, she's there."
You have a creative weekend, and I'll be back on Monday.

Putz!

I feel like such a putz.
The other night, I went to our annual HOA meeting to express my concern on a couple of issues.
I wound up being elected to the Board of Directors.

The good news is that I received a DVD review copy today of Woody Allen's most recent film, YOU WILL MEET A TALL DARK STRANGER.
As those of you who know me are aware, I'm a big Woody Allen fan, even of his lesser works, so I'm looking forward to watching this one and will post my review on the Best Bets on DVD site within the next few days.
You have a creative day.
