My Christmas

So, I spent Christmas Eve and most of Christmas Day in the hospital.
Thursday afternoon, I started to feel a tingling numbness on the left side of my face, neck, shoulder and left arm. Of course, Sandy and I are thinking "possible stroke," since both my father and maternal grandmother died from strokes. Thus, about 2 o'clock, she rushed me to the emergency room, where I was subjected to a bunch of tests and admitted to the hospital.
I didn't get a wink of sleep that night because somebody at the hospital screwed up and did not put my medications onto the computer, so I was not given my sleeping pill.
Friday, I had an MRI and a couple of other tests and, thankfully, they all came back negative. I was released around 4 o'clock.
The likely culprit is the stenosis and arthritis in my neck, which my regular doctor is going to give me an injection to "cure" in about a week.
Fingers crossed that it will solve the problem. Otherwise...?
You have a creative week and a Happy New Year.
Michael
