What took you so long to get here?

Where have you been all my life?

I’ll tell you where I’ve been.

I’ve been in show business!

Ever since I was a little kid and heard Pinocchio singing, “Hey, diddly-dee, an actor’s life for me,” that’s what I wanted. Well, not to be an actor.

I got tired of that during my freshman year in college.

So, what to do, what to do. . .

After many years as a Hollywood press agent, I became a writer…movies, stage plays, books.

Anything that was a challenge. I love telling stories.

After all, with due respect to actors, directors and other artists, isn’t the only truly creative aspect of the performing arts the written word?

Everything else is “interpretation”.

On this site you will find links to my many stage plays that are available for licensing, listings of my books that are available for purchasing, some of my screenplays that are available for optioning, plus my blog that will keep you apprised of my various on-going activities and we can get to know each other, maybe too well.

A Lot To Do

First, I'm happy to report that Sandy is doing quite well after her hand surgery last Friday. It took her awhile to come out of the anesthetic, but on Saturday, she was pretty much back to her old self.

I am going to be so happy after tomorrow...when those election ads are finished on TV. Won't you?

We also have the pest control people coming to spray the house tomorrow. Interesting day for them to come, isn't it?

This should be a busy week ahead. Not only will I be writing on my screenplay (I figured out how to "connect many of the dots" over the weekend), but I also have to write reviews for some DVDs and, in addition, make notes for the talk I will be giving to the Austin Network Mixer on the 10th.

So, you have a creative day, too.
