What took you so long to get here?

Where have you been all my life?

I’ll tell you where I’ve been.

I’ve been in show business!

Ever since I was a little kid and heard Pinocchio singing, “Hey, diddly-dee, an actor’s life for me,” that’s what I wanted. Well, not to be an actor.

I got tired of that during my freshman year in college.

So, what to do, what to do. . .

After many years as a Hollywood press agent, I became a writer…movies, stage plays, books.

Anything that was a challenge. I love telling stories.

After all, with due respect to actors, directors and other artists, isn’t the only truly creative aspect of the performing arts the written word?

Everything else is “interpretation”.

On this site you will find links to my many stage plays that are available for licensing, listings of my books that are available for purchasing, some of my screenplays that are available for optioning, plus my blog that will keep you apprised of my various on-going activities and we can get to know each other, maybe too well.

One Week Delay

I was informed yesterday morning that, due to some late-breaking news, the feature article about me that was to appear in the Austin American-Statesman today has now been postponed one week. It will now run on Friday, February 11th.

Actually, that's probably a good thing. It's supposed to snow today, which means that many people will not be going out to buy newspapers and, since this is Super Bowl Weekend, I imagine that most folks' minds will be on that game.

Now, here's an announcement that was sent to me:

To those currently demonstrating in Egypt:

Please take care not damage the pyramids.

The warranty has expired.

We are not available to rebuild.
