I'm Back

The last couple of weeks have been pretty hectic, which is why there was no blog posting last week.
On the 22nd of last month, wife Sandy underwent neck and spine surgery at Lakeway Hospital, which is about an hour away from our home. She could have left after two nights, but the weather was terrible and we didn't want to drive the back roads that, in some cases, were flooded. Thus, we stayed a third night. The hospital was kind enough to give me an empty room next to hers, so that I could get a good night's sleep.
We got home last Sunday (25), and since then I have really been too busy to sit down and write a blog.
Sandy still has a sore throat, but she is doing better every day.
I have taken the time to write a couple of DVD reviews that are now posted on the Best Bets on DVD site, accessible via the link in the Introduction section of this page. They are THE MAKING OF THE MOB, a limited docudrama TV series, and THE GIFT. Coming up are reviews for BEFORE WE GO and BLACK SAILS, Season Two.
There's really not much else to report just now, so you have a creative week.
