Here Comes "Mr Chips," Texas-style!

One of my favorite movies is GOODBYE, MR. CHIPS with Robert Donat, who won an Oscar for his performance. It's the story of an English school teacher.
On Saturday (22), I will be putting on my own (Texas) "Mr. Chips" guise when I teach my class for the Texas Writer's League, "Creating Effective Characters". This will be the first time I've taught in several years, so I'm looking forward to doing this again. Last week, in fact, I had several handouts printed up for the class.
Also, last week, NELSON AND JEANETTE, my two-character stage play about Jeanette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy, was published in both paperback and Kindle editions. It's available on Amazon. You can view the trailer by clicking on this link, or if that doesn't work, just copy this address into your browser and you'll be taken right there.

I'm now researching my next play, which will be a one-character monologue for THE HOLLYWOOD LEGENDS series.
I also continue to work with actors to turn my plays and books into audio versions. ORSON WELLES is nearing completion and, hopefully, will become available within the next month or so.
You have a creative week.
