There are also several new reviews up on the Best Bets on DVD site, accessible via the link in the Introduction section of this page. They are SPARTACUS: The Complete Series, plus the movies PERSECUTED and ARE YOU HERE. So, please take a look.
This past week, while waiting to get the proof copy of MURDER IN BABYLON, my novel about the William Desmond Taylor murder, I not only resumed work on the next play in THE HOLLYWOOD LEGENDS collection, but I'm also doing a book trailer for a friend's recently published memoir.
This next revelation may surprise those of you who know me, but I'm finding that I've really lost my interest in watching movies lately. Maybe it's age, or perhaps it's just that I haven't come across any good films. Or, perhaps it's that I've "seen it all" and there's nothing that can "surprise" me any longer. I don't know.
I recall, several years ago, my friend, Charles Champlin, the editor of the Los Angeles Times Entertainment Section, said that he'd lost the thrill of seeing movies. So, as I said, maybe it is age or overexposure.
You have a creative week.
