Busy Week Ahead

There's a lot to do this week in preparation for my trip to Chicago on Friday to do the Hollywood Celebrities Show on the 25th and 26th. That will be held at the Hilton/Rosemont Hotel, located near O'Hare Airport.
MY FORTY-FIVE YEARS IN HOLLYWOOD AND HOW I ESCAPED ALIVE is selling well, both as a paperback and on Kindle. In fact, this past weekend the Kindle edition was among the top 100 sellers in 2 categories on Amazon, Performing Arts and Rich & Famous.
Yesterday, I posted a review of the new Criterion edition of THE THIN RED LINE on the Best Bets on DVD site, so if you want to read it, just click on the link in the Introduction section of this page.
I've pretty much decided that, unless a paid assignment comes along (not out of the realm of possibility), my next writing project will be to turn my screenplay, GHOUL CITY, into a novel.
I think that that story is much more adaptable to book form than the other script I was considering (i.e. THE CAVERN), which is more suited to a movie.
However, I probably won't start writing anything until after I return from my Los Angeles trip, which will be in mid-October.
That's it for now. You have a creative day.
