The Acting Edition of LOMBARD, my one-woman play about actress Carole Lombard, is now available on CreateSpace... and it should be available via Amazon.com in about a week or so.
If you'd like to order a copy, just go to this link.
If the link doesn't work (as it often doesn't), then just copy/paste the following into your browser and you'll go right there.

Also, if you know an actress or a theater that might be interested in the script, please pass on the information.
My review for THE KING'S SPEECH DVD is now up on the Best Bets on DVD site, accessible via the Introduction section on this page.
Enjoy!
You have a creative day, and I'll be back with you tomorrow.

Busy! Busy! Busy!

Yesterday, I uploaded the pdf file for TRACY and began formatting for GABLE.
I was also informed that the final proof for LOMBARD is on the way to me.
I was so involved in getting these plays ready for publication that I didn't even get to the post office to pick up the mail.
I also have to write a review for the DVD of THE KING'S SPEECH, which goes into release next week.
Here's the link for a blog radio of interview I did yesterday.
If that doesn't work, as it often doesn't, just copy and paste the following into your browser: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/jennifer-walker/2011/04/13/a-cup-of-coffee-and-a-good-book
You have a creative weekend and I'll be back with you on Monday.

Proofreading Day
by Michael B. Druxman on 04/13/11
April 14, 2011
Yesterday was a proofreading day.
I corrected the first proof of my play, LOMBARD, and wife Sandy proofed the first print-out of TRACY.
All of my corrections were cosmetic, so today I will give the pdf file one last look over, then upload it to Create Space. They will, in turn, send me a final proof...and once I approve that, the play script becomes available on Amazon in about a week.
Today, I will also proofread TRACY and get it ready for uploading.
I'm not sure which play I will format net. Maybe (Errol) FLYNN...or perhaps (Clark) GABLE.
Or, maybe I'll just take a few days off.
Re-typing these manuscripts into my computer is tiring, busy work...and I hate busy work.
That said, you have a creative day.
